Primary responsibilities:• Responsible for developing Hyperautomation, AI, Agentic solutions to meet business requirements• Provide functional & technical direction to the team developers to implement Hyperautomation solutions, both for backend and frontend using EvoluteIQ, AI, GenAI, Agentic and other technologies• Working with the Product owner, Project Manager, Technology Partner• Develop effort and timeline estimates for hyperautomation solution and transformation roadmap• Develop Technical Architecture, Deployment Architecture per business ask and also contribute to the Solutions efforts during pre-sales/solution (RFP responses)• Participate in reviews with Analyst and also responding to queries and clarifications for purpose of evaluations• Participate in technical evaluation of tools, platform, technologies not limited to Hyperautomation (includes workflows, AI/ML, Blockchain, RPA, Middlewares, Analytics etc.,)• Responsible for ensuring that the outcomes delivered by projects are consistent with the original solution• Work closely with colleagues to rapidly iterate requirements producing production strength scalable and resilient software • Maintains detailed awareness of, takes fully into account as necessary, and promotes in WNS, any relevant statutory, internal, or external regulations, standards, and codes of good practice• Actively contributes to the development and promotion of WNS Domain driven Hyperautomation• Provide advice and guidance to business stakeholders in shaping the portfolio of Hyperautomation solutions• Conduct Hyperautomation solution design and code reviews• Delivering client facing presentation with the solution design and transformation roadmap

Job Specification:• Experience range between 10 to 20 years (5+yrs of hands-on Architecture and Design)Required Technical Skillset:• Excellent knowledge of Hyperautomation or equivalent platforms, Knowledge of EvoluteIQ platform will be an added advantage• Should have knowledge and understand of front end, middleware, and back-end tech stack. Knowledge of Java based stack will be added advantage• Experienced with planning, estimating, staffing, organising, and working on multiple concurrent Hyperautomation projects. Has monitored and dealt with critical paths and risks areas• Develop and Review HLD and LLD for hyperautomation solution• Strong knowledge in REST, SOAP APIs, interfaces and data delivery via APIs• Design and develop REST APIs for the business functionalities.• Familiar with integration and implementation issues and their architectural implications. • Excellent understanding of best practice architectural and design methods with proven innovative and leading-edge thinking (e.g. Hyperautomation, Domain Driven Architecture,
