Job Description – Deputy Manager, Marketing

Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented marketing professional to join our team as Deputy Manager – Marketing. The role involves supporting strategic marketing initiatives focused on brand building, demand generation, executive engagement, digital campaigns, and industry events for the B2B IT Services/BPM business. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to execute integrated marketing programs aligned with business objectives.
Note: This is a contractual role with a fixed duration of 6 months. Any extension beyond this period will depend on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business and sales priorities.
- Manage end-to-end execution of industry events, conferences, webinars, roundtables, and executive engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with sales teams, business leaders, external agencies, and vendors for marketing activities and campaign execution.
- Develop and manage marketing collateral including presentations, mailers, brochures, event reports, case studies, and social media content.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives across email, LinkedIn, webinars, and other channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Track campaign performance, event ROI, and marketing metrics, and share insights with stakeholders.
- Support thought leadership, analyst relations, and partnership marketing initiatives where applicable.
- Ensure timely execution of projects while managing budgets, timelines, and approvals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–5 years of experience in B2B marketing within IT Services, Consulting, Technology, or BPM organizations.
- Good understanding of integrated marketing, event marketing, and demand generation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and marketing tools/platforms is preferred.
