• Must have good problem solving, decision making & analytical skills
• Manages team performance

• Preferably College Graduate
• Overall 7 to 9 years of BPO experience
• Must have at least 3 to 5 years of work experience as a Transformational Quality Manager
• Preferably Greenbelt / Blackbelt Certified
