Job Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our travelers
  • Book flights, hotels, and cars using Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
  • Issue, reissue, and refund flight tickets on GDS
  • Respond to traveler inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

Qualifications

  • At least HS Graduate
  • At least 1 year experience of using GDS
  • Proficient in using GDS commands to book and manage travel arrangements
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
