The General Ledger Accountant is responsible for processing journal entries, performing reconciliations, assisting with month-end close, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and preparing financial statements and reports.Key responsibilities include managing journal entries, bank reconciliations, fixed asset tracking, audit support, and financial data analysis to provide an accurate and timely snapshot of a company's financial health.A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is typically required. Strong understanding of Accounting Principles and regulations.Proficiency in Accounting JDE, Excel and accounting software.
