Shift Timing – UK Shift – 1 PM To 10 PM IST – (Mon- Fri)
Work Mode - Work from office

Required only B.Com / M.Com / MBA Graduates
Mandatory 3 years of Experience in AP or AR (Business is open to look at candidates with 2+ years’ experience in FNA AP or AR)
Current organization work experience should be minimum 12+ months
Business would prefer candidates who are immediate joiners or can join within 30 to 45 Days’ Notice Period.
QA Background is preferred. And not Mandatory

Job Description:

Good domain knowledge of Finance & Accounting. Fair understanding F&A processes PTP or OTC.
Perform process quality checks as per frequency & sampling strategy.
Provide feedback to associates on performance quality.
CCRP process adherence, record keeping and analysis.
Error trend analysis and reduction plans.
Prepare process specific reports.
Participate in reviews/meetings.
Share inputs for Process Training.
Tracking SLA CTQs related to process accuracy.
ISO documentation & Compliance checks.
Identify process specific improvement opportunities.
Good communication flow with Ops stakeholders.
Conducting Quality sessions.
Contribute process improvement ideas.
