Job Description

**Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the Cognitive Services and AI/ML components of End-to-End Digital Transformation Solutions across Business Units and Horizontal Units
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives within the Business Transformation Group, enabling solutions-led sales and customer presentations focused on Cognitive Intelligence, AI/ML, and Analytics capabilities
  • Identify and develop innovative cognitive services solutions that drive cost efficiency, revenue generation, and measurable business outcomes for clients
  • Oversee large-scale transformation deals involving multiple digital levers including AI/ML, advanced analytics, workflow automation, rules engines, and immersive customer experiences
  • Conduct detailed process mapping and entitlement studies to identify opportunities for applying Cognitive Services, AI/ML, and Advanced Analytics solutions
  • Create comprehensive transformation roadmaps and execute implementation strategies to achieve defined outcomes and business impact
  • Collaborate with technology, research, analytics, and product teams to design optimal solutions, including solution architecture, functional architecture, technical architecture, and deployment strategies
  • Develop reusable, modular, and configurable AI/ML components and accelerators that integrate into end-to-end solutions addressing industry-specific challenges
  • Build business cases with clearly defined outcomes and benefits aligned to client objectives
  • Engage with client senior leadership to present transformation roadmaps and co-create implementation approaches
  • Drive delivery of contractual transformation KPIs and manage overall program execution to ensure benefits realization within agreed timelines
  • Support sales and pre-sales teams in transformation solution development for new business opportunities, ensuring optimal solution fit
  • Prepare and defend RFP responses, providing detailed solution walkthroughs and technical justification
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for domain relevance and collaborate with alliance partners for technology integration and onboarding
