Job Description

  • Work on queues in the GDS.
  • Assist Corporate Travelers and VIPs on any customer service related concerns through inbound calls and email communication.
  • Communicate with the vendors (Hotels, Airlines and Car Rental Companies) through outbound calls.
  • Will work on a shifting schedule which can be in the graveyard shift, during weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • GDS skill on one and more GDS (World span, Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus and Apollo).
  • Good understanding about International Ticketing, Exchange, Refunds.
  • Efficient knowledge of IATA World Geography; Including TC Areas (IATA Traffic conference Area), Global Indicator, Type of Journey etc.
  • Able to read and understand the Fare calculation line on the GDS ticket image.
  • Able to do Manual fare calculation in case of Partial Exchange and Partial Refund.
  • Analytical skills and time management.
  • Excellent Communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Easily approachable, cooperative, and a team player, gains the trust and support of team members and peers.
  • Customer Service Skills.
  • Eye for Detail.
