Job Description

  • Act as front-line manager: allocate tasks, managing the floor force in achieving day to day metrics, act as first point of contact and escalation.
  • Primarily responsible to ensure process SLA are met or exceeded.
  • Motivates and persuades others to common goals.
  • Monitors and, whenever required, prepares, the necessary management reports.
  • Deploy and monitor the QMS according to requirements.
  • Identifies and promotes process improvement projects.
  • Maintains constant communication with the teams through individual and group channels to ensure any potential roadblocks to the team’s performance are pro-actively identified and removed
  • .Evaluates the team’s performance and suggests ways of improving it.

Qualifications

  • Ability to supervise team and conduct administrative functions
  • Ability to deliver through people.
  • Able to speak & write fluent German & English
  • Able to produce dashboards and reports in Excel and presentation formats
  • Good analytical and conflict management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
