Job Description

  • Pre-registering and scheduling patient appointments for assigned services to the appropriate location with appropriate providers in an attentive and courteous manner.
  • Documents patient requests in DentaPro to route to appropriate clinic resources when needed.
  • Transfers calls to clinic areas when needed.
  • Transfers or re-directs calls to Directs calls to appropriate area for services not provided in Centralized Scheduling.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for our system, the associate will partner with the caller/patient to facilitate an empathetic and compassionate solution, assisting the patient in navigating our complex system.
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility prior to appointment and ensure information is correct in the patient's Boomerang file.
  • Ensure that the patients are receiving the dental care they need by making outbound calls to confirm patients, to reschedule patients that do not make their appointment, and to call patients that have treatment that needs to be completed.

Qualifications

  • Academic Background: University studies level of Licenciatura./ Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Soft skills requirements: Excellent communication skills are a must, knowledge of technical words related with pharmaceutical industry. / CRM knowledge, ability to handle phone calls, empathetic, customer service oriented, proactive person, must be a team player.
  • English skills: Upper Intermediate knowledge (B2).
  • Details oriented to extract information from the provided records.
  • Comfortable with use of computers

ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Ability to use telephone, enter data and view PC screen for up to 8 hours unassisted.
  • Ability to prioritize in a multi-task environment.
