Job Description

The person will be responsible for overall HR administrative tasks, focusing on sourcing and recruitment and admin tasks such as personnel filing, and employee contracts management.  

  • Responsible for coordinating sourcing and recruitment functions and administrative tasks, familiarized with HRIS systems, employees’ filing, and employees’ engagement services.
  • Ensuring seamless delivery of HR support services, § Assisting the supporting internal teams with innovative ideas. § Employee engagement. § Good team player and eager to take added responsibilities.
  • Business HR candidate with 2-3 years of experience in managing end to end Recruitment.

Qualifications

 

  • Must have a minimum of B1 English skills level.
  • Knowledgeable in MS-Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication levels.
  • Well organized person that can handle multiple tasks.
  • Customer’s service oriented is a must.
  • The candidate should have a well-rounded experience of handling as well as managing customer and leadership expectations.
  • Experience from large companies and preferably BPOs will be preferred § Excellent interpersonal and communication levels
