Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with strong functional and technical knowledge. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and drive strategic initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, extensive experience in solution architecture, and the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design and Architecture:

a. Design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and requirements.

b. Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, solution documentation, and best practices.

c. Ensure solutions are aligned with Salesforce best practices and leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform.

 

2. Technical Leadership:

a. Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams.

b. Oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration.

c. Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality standards in development practices.

 

3. Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering:

a. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

b. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

c. Create detailed solution designs and technical documentation.

 

4. Integration and Data Management:

a. Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.

b. Ensure data integrity and manage data migration and synchronization processes.

 

5. Project Management:

a. Lead Salesforce projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope.

b. Coordinate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

c. Manage project risks and issues, providing mitigation strategies as needed.

 

6. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

a. Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices.

b. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within Salesforce solutions.

c. Promote innovation and adoption of new Salesforce technologies – Einstein AI/ Service Voice, CTI Integrations, Knowledge Management, Middleware for integration with 3rd party systems etc.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
