Job Description

If you are interested in pursuing a new career in purchasing, then this is the right place for you. Our young team in Sibiu is looking for a new colleague that will take on the role of Transactional Buyer for one of the largest car manufacturing brands in the world.

In your role as Transactional Buyer, you will collaborate with clients and suppliers from most European Countries.

You will be required to approach suppliers and obtain offers, analyze and compare prices while eventually deciding to whom you will place the order.

No previous experience in purchasing is required as you will undergo a complete training program where you will learn all the basic skills needed to take on this challenge.

 

Qualifications

  • Being self-motivated, a team player and capable of taking on operational responsibility quickly
  • Ability to work in an international environment.
  • Problem solving oriented.
  • Flexibility, to take initiative and to have ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening, presentation)
  • Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under the pressure of deadlines while paying attention to detail.
  • Integrity and ability to maintain accurate and confidential records.
  • Ability to follow procedures and sequential processes.
  • Italian language level is mandatory, French, English and German will represent an advantage.
