Job Description

Responsibilities

• Support applications built on Microsoft Office 365 and other technology platforms.
• Collaborates closely with desktop support, security, infrastructure, and other technology teams to ensure tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Supports diverse mobile devices support, such as iPhone, iPad, Surface, Windows & Apple laptops, and other supported devices.
• Provides direct problem resolution/help desk support to corporate office and remote user systems for tickets/issues related to any M365 products/apps/services
• Strong experience on O365 Administration.
• Experience on Microsoft Exchange Platform Exchange 2010 2013 2016 and Office365.
• Experience in Exchange online.
• Performs remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• Utilizes Fresh service ITSM tool to resolve technical issues submitted. Continuously updates/documents tickets.
• Knowledge on cloud services such as Azure AD.

• Migration of mailbox One Drive SharePoint data between tenants.
• Strong Knowledge on email routing and email security.
• Experience in managing and administration on Microsoft Exchange 2013 2016 O365 environments.
• Understanding on Exchange High Availability.
• Strong Knowledge on Microsoft Exchange High Availability solutions.
• Knowledge on power Shell scripting.
• Knowledge on Migrating upgrading and Transitioning of mailboxes to different environments servers.
• Works with third-party vendors to offer support
• Identifies and suggests possible improvements on procedures
• Creates, implements, manages (updates and improves), and revises Active Directory/Intune policies
• Deep knowledge and understanding of Active Directory, group policies, M365 security and compliance related technologies (including retention policies), and DNS.
• Documents changes made using the IT Change Process
• Experience in Azure information protection, Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security, Azure or AWS Security administration
• Maintains Intune and Autopilot environment
• Maintains and monitors application packaging and deployment
• Manages windows patching,
• Promotes teamwork and collaboration. Identifies opportunities to assist other team members with their book of work. Coaches and mentors direct reports and peers.
• Implements and troubleshoots Active Directory / Intune policies.
• Serves as the subject matter expert (SME) of Microsoft 365 for the company.
• Ensures that solutions, processes, and business knowledge is documented and communicated to other members of the technology team to mitigate single point of contact risk.

Expectations

• Good working knowledge in Microsoft modern workplace and O365.
• Must have good knowledge of Azure AD and related technologies.
• Good knowledge of network concepts (e.g., TCPIP, Windows/Mac, Networking, Wireless, Ethernet)
• Specialist technical experience, ideally within a Desktop support role of which at least 8 years must be in a support role.

Qualifications

• 6 to 12 Years Experienced  Graduate
