Job Description
• Develop deep understanding of HealtHHelp’s programs, the personas that engage in the programs and the technologies HealthHelp makes available to internal and external constituents.
• Demonstrate ability to lead product scope definition, design, timelines and prioritization of strategic product initiatives within the product roadmap.
• Support maintaining HealthHelp’s platform roadmap aligned with business strategy and goals.
• Spec and design improvements and features, including defining metrics for success.
• Propose new initiatives and features and effectively transition them to functional and technical analysts to further refine system requirements once overall vision is aligned.
• Drive large-scale projects, working cross-functionally with clinical program leads, UX designers, software development engineers, functional and technical analysts, and external partners to guarantee a smooth and efficient product delivery.
• Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
• Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
• Make tradeoffs and identify alternative options during unforeseen challenges uncovered in the development process.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform features, requirements, and end products.
• Gather information and data from multiple sources (consumer research, partners, vendors, competitive analysis) to assist in build/buy/partner assessments.
• Embrace adjacent roles and responsibilities per team and project needs.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, health information systems, or related field required.
• 10 years of experience as healthcare technology systems product owner or product manager; conceiving, developing, delivering, and managing products for customer use, required.
• 3 years of experience with agile development processes, required.
• Experience in IT business analysis, including artifacts development such as Functional and Technical Requirement Documents and Roadmap Management
• Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently to manage multiple completing projects and initiates.
• Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to meet commitments, build consensus, negotiate resolutions, and garner respect from other teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
