•    Handling voice customer queries
•    Providing solution to customers
•    Handling 3 chats at a time 
•    Understanding customer queries and providing resolutions as per the process guidelines
•    Minimum 1 yr International Voice or Email, Chat Exp.  

•    Capture the details in the Client system
•     Should follow the instructions as mentioned in the Process Manual
•     Self-learning skills
•     Deliver the goals and targets as per defined KPI’s

•    Should be comfortable with working in 24* 7 environment 

•    Undergraduate OR Graduate can apply

•    Candidate have experience in BPO industry would be an added advantage

•    Fresher’s can apply        

Knowledge or Skills Requirements:

• Stakeholder management is a pre-requisite
• Business acumen to be strong
• Any projects done in the space of diversity/technology will be an add on to the profile
• Strong understanding of BPO Industry: Trends, Landscape and Talent Pool
• Strong understanding of recruiting/ sourcing processes and procedures
• Understanding of recruitment Analytics, pipeline management and yield analysis
• Familiarity of any ATS
• Preference : industry exposure of F&A and Insurance
