Graduate
Diploma in travel and tourism or IATA 
Average/Good English communication              
Background in PRA Interline preferred
Experience 06mths-01yrs             
Candidate will need to work in shifts as per company policy. Should be able to work for extended hours based on team requirement.
Resource should be able to demonstrate working independently and display sense of ownership.
               
Associate    • Handle day-to-day PRA activities in line with Airlines and Industry procedures and as per the agreed SLA
• Ensure meeting of SLA targets / turnarounds
• Ensure zero client complaints on the process output
• Important to adhere to SLA
• Prioritizing the work allocation according to SLA requirements
