Job Description
Ongoing Call Center Representatives responsible for taking phone calls for PRT related issues
Responsible for taking inbound calls
Assisting callers with all pension risk transfer/pension benefit inquiries
Handle some basic transactions and forms requests
Track all case notes and inbound call tracking for callbacks
Assist callers with use of self-service tools and portal for ongoing transactions
Qualifications
Graduate or equivalent (any stream) / with relevant experience in US Retirement / Pension Process/Data Management
Prior Insurance experience in BPO Industry
Exposure to onshore stakeholder management
Additional Information
Excellent communication and comprehension skills- Both Verbal and written
