Job Description

The Vice President, Seasonal & Campaign Creative is a senior creative leader responsible for bringing the brand’s vision to life through compelling seasonal storytelling and integrated, high-impact campaigns. Reporting to the Executive Creative Director, this role leads the concepting, development, and execution of global seasonal narratives and 360° campaigns that connect brand, product, and culture - driving both emotional resonance and commercial performance. 

This leader will oversee multidisciplinary creative teams and collaborate closely with marketing, product, merchandising, and channel partners to ensure seasonal stories are distinctive, cohesive, and scalable across all touchpoints. 

What you'll get to do: 

Seasonal & Campaign Leadership 

  • Lead the creative development of global seasonal narratives, campaign concepts, and hero moments that define the brand’s point of view and energize each season. 
  • Translate the ECD’s overarching creative vision into executable, ownable campaign ideas that travel seamlessly across channels and regions. 
  • Own campaign concepting from brief to launch-ensuring work is emotionally compelling, culturally relevant, and commercially effective. 
  • Set and deliver a highly creative, modern art direction that elevates both performance-driven product stories and fashion-forward brand moments. 

Brand & Product Storytelling 

  • Shape clear, engaging product stories that elevate design, innovation, and performance while remaining true to the brand’s lifestyle positioning. 
  • Partner with Design, Merchandising, and Product Marketing to align seasonal priorities and ensure creative storytelling enhances product differentiation. 
  • Balance brand-building storytelling with performance-driven objectives across GTM moments. 
  • Ensure art direction flexes seamlessly between technical performance storytelling and expressive, fashion-led narratives-without compromising brand integrity. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Work closely with Integrated Marketing, Brand Activation, Digital, Retail, and Regional teams to deliver cohesive, integrated campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and in-store channels. 
  • Partner with global and regional teams to ensure campaigns are adaptable while maintaining a consistent brand expression worldwide. 
  • Collaborate with production, external agencies, and partners to bring creative ideas to life at the highest level of craft. 
  • Lead and direct shoots- on set and in pre-production- to deliver best-in-class creative execution across stills, motion, and integrated productions. 

Team Leadership & Development 

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of creative directors, designers, writers, and producers. 
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and creative excellence while encouraging fresh thinking and innovation. 
  • Provide clear creative direction, feedback, and career development to build a strong and scalable creative organization. 

Operational Excellence 

  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget through strong planning, prioritization, and resourcing. 
  • Establish best practices for seasonal planning, creative reviews, and cross-functional workflows. 
  • Maintain high creative standards while operating at the speed and scale of a global retail brand. 

Qualifications

Who you are: 

  • 15+ years of creative experience, with significant leadership experience in seasonal, campaign, or brand creative roles. 
  • Vast experience in art directing on-set shoots, with a proven ability to deliver best-in-class, modern creative across performance and fashion product moments. 
  • Deep cultural fluency - actively living in and drawing from contemporary culture to ensure the brand remains relevant, modern, and forward-looking. 
  • Proven track record leading integrated, multi-channel campaigns for global lifestyle, athleisure, fashion, or consumer brands. 
  • Experienced with storytelling around a fabric-first proposition for brands. 
  • Strong understanding of how to connect brand storytelling, product narratives, and commercial goals. 
  • Experience working across digital, social, retail, and physical brand experiences. 
  • Confident creative leader who can both set direction and drive execution. 
  • Highly collaborative, comfortable partnering cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. 
  • Passion for culture, sport, wellness, and lifestyle, with a strong instinct for what resonates with modern consumers.

The salary range for this role is $285,000 per year - $325,000 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
