The Pricing Analyst supports the Commercial & Industrial Solutions (C&IS) division of Viva Energy by providing accurate, insightful, and timely pricing analysis to drive sustainable customer growth and informed commercial decision‑making.

Reporting to the Commercial Pricing Manager, this role suits a self‑motivated, detail‑oriented professional who can perform well under pressure and enjoys working in a fast‑paced, commercial environment. You’ll be part of a high‑performing team and play a key role in delivering tangible outcomes across the C&IS businesses.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Provide pricing analysis and recommendations to support customer acquisition, retention, and profitability
• Develop and maintain pricing models to assess margin, volume, and competitive impacts
• Support bid and tender processes with commercial insight and scenario analysis
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and cost drivers to inform pricing strategies
• Partner with Sales, Commercial, and Operations teams to deliver commercially sound pricing outcomes
• Produce clear and accurate pricing reports, insights, and commentary for stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement of pricing tools, processes, and governance

• A degree in a numerical/business discipline or equivalent. 
• Strong analytical capability with a commercial mindset
• Comfortable working with large datasets and financial models
• Able to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Thrives in a collaborative, performance‑driven environment
