Job Description

We now have an opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our Supply Chain Finance team as a Senior Finance Analyst.  

This is an exciting time to join OTR Group as we embark on a significant phase of growth, including the rollout of new warehouses across the country.  As the Senior Finance Analyst – Supply Chain, you will play a critical role in supporting the Finance and Supply Chain teams to ensure systems, processes, and cost structures are set up accurately to reflect the true cost of our products.

Bringing a strong commercial mindset, you will deliver high-quality financial analysis and insights that influence decision-making, drive performance improvements, and support the ongoing evolution of our supply chain network.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide insightful commercial analysis to support the Supply Chain team in driving improved financial outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Supply Chain leaders to identify financial risks, opportunities, and efficiencies across the network.
  • Support the rollout of new warehouses by ensuring accurate cost capture, system configuration, and financial controls.
  • Lead the month-end close process for Supply Chain, including preparation of journals, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Deliver clear and actionable financial reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

 

  • CA or CPA qualified (highly desirable).
  • Proven experience supporting Supply Chain in a finance or commercial analysis capacity.
  • Strong background in supply chain finance, inventory management, logistics, or cost analysis.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
