Will you be part of the solution?

We are looking for a Supply Operations Analyst, on a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Business Improvement Manager, you will have a keen interest in supply chain operations. This role will expose you to the costs, and end-to-end processes across the entire Supply Chain.  You need to be an analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.  This role requires strong communication skills and you will be curious by nature and innovative in your thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile and track actual Buy/Sell and Borrow & Loan arrangements between Third Party Suppliers
• Create price builds and reconcile purchases and sales with Third Party Suppliers & Customers.
• Stakeholder management with internal teams.
• Review/challenge or process supplier invoices.
• Review invoices for accuracy.
• Provide leave cover for Supply Analysts

Skills and Experience:

• Strong accounting skills
• Procurement and supply chain knowledge advantageous
• High attention to detail
• Inventory/stock reconciliation
• Advanced Excel skills
• JDE and Power BI experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Dynamic and proactive thinker
• Preferred education background in Accounting or Supply Chain Management
