Job Description

Lead the Property Management team to deliver effective occupancy and lease compliance across the network and manage ongoing property risk to facilitate the ongoing operation and asset effectiveness across the portfolio and support the Retail Property Management Team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop team and lead for exceptional people outcomes.
  • Manage expenses and oversee maintenance for leases and properties in accordance with governance standards
  • Ensure all critical dates are met or surpassed in lease and property agreements across the portfolio.
  • Uphold compliance with lease and property agreements.
  • Foster key landlord and property related stakeholder relationships.
  • Ensure the safe and compliant execution of works

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience leading teams in Property Management, and commercial / finance teams
  • Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Capable of working collaboratively to achieve objectives
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing a team
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Developed negotiation skills
  • Stakeholder engagement and critical dates management
  • Proficient in critical thinking and problem-solving skills
