Job Description

The Money Movement Solutions team (MMS) at Visa works on designing, managing, and growing products and solutions for moving money using Visa's networks e.g. Visa Direct, Currencycloud and B2B Connect. These products and services are typically aimed at commercial entities, including banks, fintechs, remitters, marketplaces, and other organizations. These capabilities support collections, multi-currency accounts, disbursements of P2P and B2B funds. MMS spans across different dimensions of money movement including cross-border transactions, disbursements, money transfers, and more.

What We Expect of You, Day to Day:

We are seeking an experienced Manager to work with our existing partners enabling Visa Direct (i.e., Acquirers, Processors, ISVs, Program Managers) to grow money movement solutions. The role will focus to:

  • Partner with Visa Direct live enablers (Acquirers, Processors, ISVs, Program Managers) to identify, launch, and scale real‑time payment solutions and commercial initiatives.
  • Own net revenue targets, client retention, and performance, contributing to MMS EU strategy and commercial planning.
  • Execute contracted client activities (e.g., marketing initiatives, business development plans) and optimize performance through close collaboration with cross‑functional teams including Marketing, Customer Support, Consulting, Product, and Ecosystem Readiness.
  • Identify and unlock growth opportunities within existing agreements, including increased adoption, new use cases, additional routes, and expanded wallet share.
  • Lead account planning and regular performance reviews, delivering actionable insights, addressing stalled programs, and driving sustained transaction growth.
  • Maintain strong client health and NPS, and develop client advocates through pilots, case studies, events, and referrals.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

  • Customer‑centric: Prior experience in account management, sales, or business development, with a strong track record of driving client revenue growth and long‑term satisfaction. Background in payments is a plus.
  • Problem solver: Analytical and resilient, thriving in complex environments. Able to break down ambiguity, adapt quickly, and deliver pragmatic solutions that create client value.
  • Data‑driven: Highly analytical, comfortable using data and system insights to identify opportunities, inform strategy, and drive commercial outcomes.
  • Self-starter: A self‑starter who can manage multiple priorities, lead execution end‑to‑end, and take accountability for results with a strong bias toward action.
  • Communication skills: Clear, confident communicator with strong executive presence, able to engage effectively with senior and C‑level stakeholders. Fluent in English and the local language, additional languages are a plus.
