Job Description

We are looking for an individual to join us as a Consulting Analyst in the VCA team based in Indonesia. This role will be focused on financial analysis, focusing on building complex analysis to support the VCA & VISA Indonesia. Typically, the individual will closely interact & work with VISA team and client team to manage project inputs, analyze data to form conclusions and recommendations, develop reports, and present the recommendation to VISA, VCA, or the clients.

The Consulting Analyst will be responsible to support Directors in performing tailored analysis to drive business outcome. The Analyst will also work with the broader VISA Indonesia team (e.g., Analytics) to build analysis, reports, dashboards, and more.

Consulting Analyst will receive mentorship from Directors and other senior leaders in VISA Indonesia to build their consulting toolkit.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Essential specific skillset and experience required:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or business management
Good knowledge of the payments industry landscape and developments, consumer trends and regulatory changes in Indonesia
Good understanding of financial analysis, including assessing financial statements, building financial models, performing tailored analysis (e.g., teardown, projection), and creating implications from the analysis
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
Strong team orientation, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, able to work effectively in a matrixed organization
Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities
Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to progress multiple projects concurrently
Strong detail orientation, ensuring the highest level of quality/rigor in reports and data analysis
Strong undergraduate academic accomplishment
