The Director of Seller Experience and Content Optimization will play a vital role in driving sales engagement across VAS, architecting and deploying a content strategy designed to ensure our internal sales teams are able to access the most compelling, relevant, and impactful content at every stage throughout their sales cycle.
The Director of Seller Experience and Content Optimization reports to the Senior Director of Sales Acceleration and will interface directly with our sales teams to understand and solve for the unique business challenges associated with the discovery of sales-related content across Visa. With a strong bias for action, our candidate will be a highly effective program leader, excellent communicator, and have well established relationships with sales, enablement, marketing, and product teams.
Success in this position will result in the wholesale enablement of our teams with access to world class tools, successfully driving sales excellence at every stage of the sales cycle, and challenging the status-quo in a sensitive, efficient, and constructive manner. Our sales teams will be bursting with gratitude as this individual will drastically decrease their non-selling time and make it unanimously easier to locate the content they are seeking (and will have data to support this sales acceleration initiative as well)! Our team is seeking an individual who actively embodies Visa’s leadership principles in being an empathetic leader, acting decisively, obsessing about clients, and leading by example.
