Job Description
The Sr. Manager, Talent Lifecycle Solutions will oversee Tier 2 employee requests specific to offboarding, severance, and internal transfers for employees across all regions. The role will be responsible for ensuring our employees receive timely and accurate responses and actions to requests, as well as manage a global team of people solutions specialists to achieve operational excellence and high-quality customer service.
As the Sr. Manager of Talent Lifecycle Solutions, you will also be responsible for designing an operational blueprint for end-to-end process journeys for offboarding, severance, and internal transfers. Key Responsibilities:
Program Design & Management
- Design end-to-end employee journeys for offboarding, severance, and internal transfer global processes that leverages optimization and technology automation.
- Coordinate with regional teams to standardize processes, maintain consistent service levels, and share best practices.
Leadership & People Management:
- Guide and mentor, the team, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and handle front-line employee escalations and questions effectively.
- Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement training initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with People Business Partners, CoE leaders, and other key stakeholders to enhance the overall employee experience and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide updates to regional leaders and partners on trends and pertinent analytics, and present solutions to identified gaps.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Implement quality assurance measures to monitor the accuracy and compliance of responses for any offboarding, severance, and transfers transactions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, local regulations, and data privacy guidelines when handling employee queries.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics to track trends in employee inquiries and identify areas for process improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to senior leadership.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (MS Excel, Visio, Word and PowerPoint).
- Proven track record of leading and managing distributed teams, preferably in a global or multi-location setting
- In-depth knowledge of people processes, policies, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee inquiries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to design, build, and drive global programs and process improvements and optimize service delivery.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones and collaborate with international teams.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 108,000.00 to 140,400.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
