Job Description
This Position Will Be Responsible For
Deliver multi-channel digital media campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic advertising and media buying.
Advise on paid media execution efforts with our media agencies and partners to ensure all aspects align in a timely manner across creative, regionalization.
Hold our media partners accountable to pushing for better results through optimization. You have a geeky/analytical side that thrives in A/B testing and enjoys figuring out what works and why.
Manage the digital media process and timeline. Ensure forecasting, readiness, timeliness, execution and pacing to goal.
Measure and deliver action-driven reporting. Can look at data, analyze it, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), draw insights, and take action.
Apply a business case approach to clearly communicate the impact of digital marketing efforts, with experience in lobbying for cost-effective, incremental budget.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality, enhance conversion rates, influence landing pages and connect into the greater digital experience.
Develop new and innovative growth strategies across media, creative, and technology that bolster efficiency of media dollars.
This is a global support role – working with EU, AP, LAC and NA markets.

Strong knowledge of crafting ad copy and high performing landing pages that convert.
Constantly on top of the latest tools, trends, best practices and forward thinking strategies in digital marketing and measurement
Highly organized with a passion for crafting and improving process and governance.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
• 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD in marketing, business, or communications.
• Experience in fintech or payments industry experience a plus, but not required.
• Hands-on experience within digital media channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and DV360.
• Digital project management experience with a track record of ensuring delivery.
• Expertise with analytics tools like GA4.
• Demonstrates a track record of delivering results within or through a media agency partnership is a plus.
• Ability to distill and tailor complex information for key audiences.
This position is based only out of the Austin, TX Visa office.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 132,900.00 to 172,800.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
