Job Description
We are looking for an experienced project analyst to combine successful product development process experience with effective collaboration, facilitation, leadership, and technical skills. This role will be responsible for coordinating the launch and growth of the Visa Direct Payouts Service across a wide range of workstreams including Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, Operations, Implementation, Client Service and Product. The Product Launch project analyst role is accountable for timely and high-quality execution and delivery from original concept through final implementation. This position requires working with teams that follow Agile practices as well as traditional methodologies. This role will work directly with the Visa Direct Payouts Global Product Leads to bring the product vision to life.
- Support the development of integrated plans and schedules to track progress and dependencies with other functions and external parties
- Support the execution of deliverables across multiple teams and functions
- Coordinate work for geographically distributed teams utilizing
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues, dependencies and impacts
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on product launch progress to all stakeholders
- Coordinate planning and execution of workstreams working in collaboration with workstream leads
- Interact confidently and collaborate with various stakeholders including Management, Product teams, developers, architects, operation and security teams
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts by providing input into a framework for program management aligned with modern agile, lean and design thinking practices
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
•2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
•3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
•Prior hands-on experience in a product development environment leveraging Agile practices and expert knowledge of Project Management and SDLC principles.
•Experience in a PMO environment strongly preferred
•Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
•Ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks effectively, and to independently drive projects through to completion
•Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with other departments and varying levels of management. Must be able to dive deep into technical details with project teams and zoom out to understand and communicate the big picture.
•Strong executive presence and experience advising and interfacing business leadership on technology related issues, excellent executive-level verbal, and written communication
•Strength in building partnerships, working collaboratively in a matrix with minimal guidance, proven influencing skills
•Payment domain or FinTech experience is a major plus

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 113,700.00 to 145,000.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
