Job Description

We are looking for a self-starting intern to work in our Client Success Management team in Frankfurt. The successful candidate will be supporting the team with the BAU tasks with our assigned clients. The tasks involve collaboration with both the clients and internal teams within Visa (e.g., client implementation, sales, client resolution, etc.)

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, collaborative, highly organized, and solution oriented. Candidates should be curious on digital payments, willing to build networks, and foster relationships within Visa team and with the clients.

Examples of tasks could include:

  • Support on planning, creation, and delivery of operational account plan
  • Research on client performances and market activities
  • Support building materials for client reviews and assist in identifying opportunities of improvement
  • Provide day-to-day support and execution of initiatives for clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams for day-to-day activities

  • Students at their penultimate year of university, graduating in 2025 with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree, ready to start full-time work in June/July 2024 for 11 weeks in the summer.     
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Open minded and curious on digital payments
  • Able to work as part of a diverse team and provide innovative ideas, including working with a range of stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with data and insights.
  • Fluent in English and German
