Job Description
Administrative management of our Budapest office including:
- Lead local relationship with our serviced office supplier and Visa Facilities team
- Office Reception and visitor coorindation
- Lead relationship with Visa Tech teams on office IT support and needs including relationship with local mobile phone contracts
- Management/Tracking of budget, purchase orders, purchasing card
- Health & Safety co-ordination and reporting
- Event Management of in-market and client events including management of hospitality partners/agreements
- Onboarding new starters in Budapest office
- Co-ordination of volunteering/social activities
Assistant to Country Manager and team including:
- Owner of shared calendars, mailboxes, distribution lists
- Management of diary commitments and necessary briefings/preparation
- Owner of relationships with Assistants across clients/stakeholders
- Travel bookings and Expenses submissions
- Tracking of Market Development Fund
- Coordination of management meetings and tracking of actions.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Excellent Microsoft Office and coordination skills
Brilliant personal effectiveness and relationship building internally and externally
Strong personal drive and initiative to own/manage/complete tasks
