Job Description
Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa’s network clients, including both financial services and merchants. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, Visa Consulting and Analytics solves the most strategic problems for our clients.
The North America (NA) Emerging Payments & Strategy Consulting Practice within VCA provides consulting solutions and services for Visa’s clients across the payment's ecosystem including Issuers, Merchants, Processor/Acquirers, and Fintech in US and Canada.
The VCA team is looking for a Sr. Manager to join our Emerging Payments & Strategy consulting practice and play a role in developing high impact projects for Visa’s clients in the NA region. This role is responsible for the helping clients with their strategy in launching new products, new services, new geographies and emerging payments needs. It encompasses market research, use case identification, opportunity sizing, GTM strategy, solution development and optimization within and outside of card rails. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker that seeks to innovative everything they touch, carries a disruptor mindset, and can articulate/create impactful presentations. This role works together with our Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS) team, Product Experience Design (PxD) team, Crypto team and Visa Marketing Services team to collaborate and solve all our client solutions.
Potential engagements could include creating strategy for new line of business, market expansion, product strategy, use case exploration & prioritization, business case development, customer segmentation & targeting, GTM strategy, capabilities assessment, payment modernization, money movement strategy etc. Specific responsibilities include:
- Proactively engage with Visa internal teams in regular strategic & planning discussions
- Leads consulting initiatives and contributes to closing engagement by identifying potential opportunities with Bank, Processors, Merchants, FinTechs.
- Develop frameworks, approaches, solutions and recommendations that effectively and efficiently address the most impactful opportunities and challenges.
- Build solutions and actionable insights that will help clients to grow their portfolios and customer engagement in their core business
- Partner with peers in other functional areas (marketing, sales, risk, innovation) and across global regional teams to execute projects in ways that leverage the breadth and depth of Visa’s resources
- Produce insights, analysis and recommendations to improve client performance, boost growth, drive understanding of client issues and provide strategic guidance for client priorities across the verticals and segment
- Ability to effectively manipulate and analyze large data sets (industry and Visa) to determine meanings insights and recommendations for clients
- Build new scalable solutions, toolkits, best practice documents and consulting approach that can be applied across VCA practice
- Manage a pipeline for the deliverables and provide accurate forecasting and end-to-end sales support to delivery
- Stay up to date with emerging payments and create thought leadership
- Incumbents applying for the role should be self-motivated, highly energized, detail-oriented individuals who will deliver strategic thought leadership, problem diagnostics and high impact solutions to clients support the growth and performance. Candidates must be able to develop enduring, strategic relationships with internal and external clients and across the Visa organization.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications
• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience
with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
• 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of
experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience
with a PhD
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 130,800.00 to 170,000.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
