Job Description
The Visa Business Solutions, B2B Acceptance team has the responsibility for defining and executing the global B2B product vision for Visa's commercial merchant solutions. With 20T US in untapped card-able spend, Visa is positioning itself to capture more than its fair share of this opportunity by supporting programs that allow our Commercial Card members to use their Visa Commercial Cards to purchase despite challenges to acceptance. By driving flexibility into the dynamics of Card payments, we can maximize value to our buyers and suppliers.
Within the B2B Acceptance team, there is a program called Business Payment Service Provider (BPSP) that allows for card payments to be made to suppliers that do not normally accept card for the services/goods they provide. BPSP isa global, card to non-card payment flow that allows buyers to pay suppliers with card, even when suppliers don’t accept, transaction costs are buyer funded/supplier funded or both.
The Senior Manager – BPSP Program Management role will support the growth of Visa’s Commercial Card products globally by helping manage the flagship program that supports this flexible model. The role will require a detail-oriented, excellent communicator to manage the program globally, partnering with senior leaders internally and with numerous clients and acquirers around the world. This role is an exciting opportunity to develop a strategic approach to encourage adoption of commercial cards. This role works directly with Visa’s major acquirers, and BPSP partners to drive growth, and ensure program operations are smooth and carefully executed.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship lead for the BPSP program, working with companies that register with Visa to operate as BPSPs.
- Manage the contractual process between the BPSPs and Visa partnership team that manage the client relationship.
- Establish KPIs for global BPSP volume, tracking results and helping set goals.
- Work with the Visa Rules team to ensure program compliance & monitoring.
- Program monitoring & management: review program for compliance to rules and work with internal teams to remedy any anomalies. Review program and look for opportunities to improve and adjust operations (working with legal and compliance to implement).
- Present BPSP program overview and result to senior leaders, focused on monitoring program for success and opportunities to drive volume.
- Act as primary contact for questions internally and externally related to the program management and commercial partnerships.
- Develop enhancements to our reporting capabilities and utilize data tools to improve results and make recommendations for better ways to track and monitor BPSP program.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of
experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience
with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
-9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of
experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience
with a PhD
- Knowledge of business to business (B2B) payments, with an understanding of Commercial Card
value proposition and buyer/supplier dynamics
- Comfortable managing a global program and working across time zones to support client and
partner needs
- Experience managing external / client relationships or partnerships within the financial services
industry
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 142,300.00 to 185,000.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
