Job Description

  • Design and implement Systematic, Mass-personalized, end-to-end Sales Campaigns, including webinars, email campaigns, commercialization framework, surveys, and execution.

  • Create the Sales Campaign calendar, in alignment with Country Managers, Products, and functional areas, to drive the acceleration and diversification of revenue for VAS and New Flows.

  • As part of the sales campaigns, ensure, (1) the right client targeting and segmentation for each product, (2) enhancement of the value proposition of the product, and (3) Execution excellence, by streamlining and improving the enrollment and implementation of the of the product.

  • Work in coordination with Country Managers, BDs, Product and Functional Areas in the development and execution of the sales campaigns.

  • Develop and execute customized business plans to increase revenue and penetration of Value Added Services and New Flows.

  • Communication to clients of sales initiatives, in a mass-personalized engagement model.

  • Create dashboards, presentations, and reports that show the impact and effectiveness of sales campaigns.

  • Support the Sales Engine Team with mass-personalized sales campaigns.

  • Sales Productivity, identification, improvement, automation, and standardization of key processes and activities that are part of the implementation of sales campaigns.

  • Sales Discipline and Tools – utilize and leverage existing CRM (MS Dynamics) and Knowledge Management tools, to capture revenue generating opportunities in the Sales Pipeline

  • This role serves as a Subject Matter Expert for Sales Campaigns, works independently with guidance only in the most complex situations.

  • Actively participate and lead various ad-hoc internal projects as assigned.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of all Visa products and services.

  • Provide sales/business expertise (client's perspective) to other functional areas.

  • Actively participate in team’s activities, meetings, trainings, initiatives, etc.

  • Compliance with internal controls. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Visa rules, policies, processes, and procedures, etc.

  • Continuously review payment landscape and recommend, develop, and implement new and creative approaches to growing Visa's business.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
-2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications
-3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
-Experience in financial institutions preferably with knowledge of business development, product management and marketing
-Data analytics experience and comprehensive understanding of all Visa products and services preferred
-Strong analytical skills
-Process modeling skills
-Proficient with Microsoft Office (Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-Discretion combined with poise and professionalism in all communications.
-Must be able to exercise good judgment regarding information which may be confidential.
-Must have excellent communications skills both verbal and written in English and Spanish.
-The ability to operate effectively and efficiently in a challenging with minimum supervision, fast-paced environment.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 96,400 to 122,900 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
