We are seeking a Senior Director, Global Impact Measurement. The Senior Director will be responsible for Visa’s overall impact measurement strategy - designing, developing, implementing, and monitoring metrics that demonstrate Visa’s progress and overall impact towards our global social impact objectives.

This role is critical to globalizing and integrating Visa’s vision for Social Impact & Sustainability across the entire organization. Stakeholders include Visa’s 5 regions, sales teams, clients and partners, product teams, sustainable commerce influencers, government engagement, and corporate communications.

Responsibilities

Design, manage, and execute an overall strategy for the collection and analysis of impact data, both quantitative and qualitative, from different sources.

Create measurement frameworks for impact evaluation of our programs, services, and activities, across target communities and our business.

Leverage internal and external research & analysis to identify areas of opportunity and growth.

Work with teams throughout the organization to help define and embed impact measurement.

Analyze, synthesize, and produce key insights and reporting for senior leaders, and multiple audiences across the organization and externally communities.

Build an impact measurement DNA across teams. Influence key leaders in understanding and integrating impact measurement into their priorities.

Integrate impact goals and measurements across the entire organization.

Lead a team responsible for designing, measuring, and monitoring Visa’s progress towards our overall social impact and sustainability objectives.

Develop dashboards to monitor performance and communicate progress

Draw data-driven insights and make actionable recommendations for our social impact and sustainability strategies, programs, and products.

Direct engagement working in five markets. North America, Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin American and Caribbean, Central Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Build collaborative work teams with excellent cross-cultural communications skills.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD); or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD); PhD with 9+ years of experience. Degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Business, Strategy, Public Policy and or Administration.

Experience with extracting, aggregating, and analyzing data from large data sets

Experience with statistical modeling and methods

Generating and Communicating data-driven insights and conveying actionable recommendations

Fluent storyteller who can help integrate purpose driven and business narratives, and convey them effectively across diverse audiences.

Orientation to detail, as expected to ensure highest level of quality, rigor in reports & analyses

Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving work environment

Ability to coach, lead and provide direction to a diverse team of professionals

Possess a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style, with the ability to tailor data driven results to various audience levels

Results oriented with strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor

Previous exposure to social impact, sustainability, strategy, financial services, payments, or merchant analytics is a plus

Strong leadership, people development, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

Exhibit intellectual curiosity and strive to continually learn

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays and every other Thursday with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 164,800.00 to 214,200.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
