Job Description

The Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is responsible for securing employee access to our applications and platforms in the most efficient, compliant and user-friendly manner, innovatively using the latest industry standards and tools. As Cybersecurity Analyst for IAM Access Management Enterprise Systems (ES) team, you will be responsible for the security configurations and access management on our mission critical z/OS Mainframe and HPE Non-Stop (Tandem) systems, using various IDM and security tools. In addition, you will be managing the User Access Revalidation cycles of the team.    

Essential Functions

  • Provide security related access management support for mission critical IBM z/OS operating system using Resource Access Control Facility (RACF) and zSecure reporting tool.
  • Provide security related access management support for mission critical HPE NonStop (Tandem) operating systems using industry leader, XYPRO Xygate security products (XAC, XOS, XPQ and XHE).
  • Provide high quality Access Management service using Service Now to processing requests, troubleshooting and resolving access related incidents meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Keep IAM security procedures for z/OS and HPE NonStop systems up to date.
  • Work with other Information Security professionals to identify automation opportunities, design and develop solutions to streamline manual processes, and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate and support a variety of IT and Business team users throughout the company across the globe with IAM services.
  • Proactively identify audit and compliance access related issues to reduce the risk of security exposures on the support systems and applications, coordinate access management related audit and compliance tasks, such as user access reporting and remediation.
  • Flexibility to work after hours and weekends to accommodate and support the existing systems maintenance windows.
  • Participate in global team on-call customer support to provide excellent customer service and gain exposure to other operating systems managed by our Cybersecurity IAM team.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or information security, equivalent job experience will be considered

Preferred Qualifications
- 3 or more years of work experience or
- More than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- Good understanding of information security principles and IT infrastructure including operating systems, applications, and communications and network protocols
- Experience with IBM z/OS and its security tools like Resource Access Control Facility (RACF) and zSecure, or with HPE NonStop and XYPRO Xygate security tools like XOS, XAC, XPQ and XHE
- Production Support Experience (for one or more platforms – IBM z/OS, HPE NonStop)
- Experience with BeyondTrust eRPM password vaulting
- Experience with Identity Management Platforms – SailPoint
- Experience in using Service Now
- Excellent skills in Microsoft office suite, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to write scripts (e.g. Shell & Perl script, PowerShell, VBScript, JavaScript) is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinker with attention to details
- Hard-working, self-motivated and results oriented individual with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to gather and document business requirements and implement solutions
- Ability to work effectively with global functional areas
- Must be extremely flexible and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities on very tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to develop, maintain and foster constructive relationships with others
- CISSP or CISA certifications preferred

Work Hours

-          Incumbent must make themselves available during core business hour
-          2-3x week meetings may occur in US time zone

Physical Requirements

This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, reach with hands and arms, and bend or lift up to 25 pounds.
