Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Director of Strategy for VBS who will be entrusted with a broad portfolio of responsibilities to help Visa accelerate the growth of its business solutions, defined broadly as products and services that facilitate payments from one business to another.  Visa views VBS as a strategic growth area, addressing the significant pain points that businesses currently experience when they pay other businesses, and streamlining the process for businesses of all sizes.

  • §  Identify market needs and strategic growth areas within existing VBS products/services as well as additional opportunities yet to be brought to market.
  • §  Develop a forward-looking view of where the B2B payments market is evolving to, and how Visa should build and refine its products and services to solve client pain points.
  • §  Develop, communicate, and refine VBS’s overall strategy.  Engage Visa’s executive leadership team and regional leadership teams to drive the VBS strategy globally.  Communicate externally with partners and clients to increase awareness of Visa’s capabilities.
  • §  Ensure Visa’s Rules optimally serve the B2B payments ecosystem, balancing multiple competing priorities and time horizons.
  • §  Develop and manage a strategic global framework for pricing VBS products and services that balances pricing for value, developing and growing the market, and Visa’s financial objectives.
