Notice of Positions Availability at Visa U.S.A. Inc.

POSITION:  Product Analytics Manager (Sr. Manager) to create novel machine learning/AI algorithms to develop intellectual property for Visa and development of AI/machine learning solutions targeted towards disruptive opportunities for Visa business. Lead the collaboration with designers and engineers in Visa’s global suite of Innovation Labs. Leverage experience with systems, and application development to realize products/offerings in multi-disciplinary settings. Rapidly prototype proof of concept solutions that can demonstrate utility, value and lead to scalable solutions. Provide leadership expertise and technical guidance for new model builds and/or existing model deep dives and troubleshooting. Remain up-to-date on developments in the field and propose long term capability buildup. Train and help other team members grow their expertise in AI. Define a R&D agenda around machine learning, artificial intelligence, and modeling capabilities to ensure retention of leading edge competitive capability. Ensure all models are following the established rules for data privacy and governance of production models. No direct reports and no managerial duties, or responsibilities. Individual contributor level position only.  Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related quantitative field and 2 years of experience.

SALARY:       $175,000.00 – $195,000.00 per year
