Job Description



The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day operational support our Senior Vice President as well as conduct various office management duties for the department in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is motivated, hardworking, articulate, organized, and able to work autonomously. The role
requires a highly organized, detail oriented and deadline driven assistant to
keep the SVP and his leadership team on track. This position is full-time and
located in Foster City, CA. Candidate will be required to work in the Palo Alto office as needed.



Qualifications



  1. Associates or Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration or Technology major is a plus)

  2. 3+ years of relevant experience required, preferably including some experience
    within a Technology organization in a global company

  3. Exemplary verbal and written communication, problem solving, and collaboration skills

  4. Experience in planning events and knowledge of local event venues is preferred

  5. Must be reliable, consistent and punctual with a high level of professionalism

  6. Confidential and trustworthy – must use good judgment and discretion as needed

  7. Be resourceful, creative and excited to meet new people, learn new tools, and
    raise the bar on performance and quality every day

  8. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
