• The Florist is responsible for creating and maintaining captivating floral arrangements throughout the resort's public areas, guest rooms, and event spaces. These arrangements should reflect the resort's ambiance and theme, adding to the overall guest experience.
• Utilize artistic flair and innovative design techniques to craft unique and visually pleasing floral displays. Incorporate a diverse range of flowers, foliage, and accessories to match various occasions and themes.
• Regularly inspect and maintain the freshness and appearance of all floral arrangements. Replace wilted or aging flowers promptly to ensure that the resort maintains its pristine environment.
• Manage the inventory of flowers, vases, containers, and floral supplies. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a consistent supply of materials required for floral arrangements.
• Collaborate with the Events team to design and execute floral arrangements for special occasions such as weddings, corporate events, and celebrations. Ensure that arrangements align with the event's theme and client preferences.
• Engage with guests and clients to understand their preferences and requests for floral decorations. Provide recommendations and suggestions based on the resort's aesthetic and available resources.
• Work closely with the Housekeeping team to integrate floral designs seamlessly with the overall decor and ambiance of the resort. Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent visual branding and themes.
• Maintain a clean and organized floral design workspace, including the proper storage and care of floral materials, tools, and equipment.
• Stay updated with the latest floral design trends, techniques, and industry developments. Bring fresh ideas and creative concepts to enhance the resort's floral aesthetics.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in floral design
• Knowledge of flower types and arrangement styles
