The Entertainer is responsible for delivering engaging, high-energy, and culturally appropriate entertainment programs that enhance the overall guest experience at Villa Nautica. This role involves performing in scheduled evening shows and leading interactive daytime activities for in-house guests of all age groups, while maintaining the resort’s brand standards, safety protocols, and service excellence.

• Perform and actively participate in scheduled evening entertainment programs, including:
  • Fire dance shows
  • Light dance / LED dance performances
  • Themed cultural or contemporary dance shows
  • Bingo nights and interactive game-based entertainment
• Lead and facilitate daily recreational and fitness activities, including Aqua Zumba, Aqua Gym, Water Polo and Salsa dance classes.
• Engage guests during evening programs through hosting, audience interaction, and professional stage presence.
• Assist in the setup, operation, and breakdown of show equipment, costumes, props, lighting, and sound systems in coordination with the Recreation and Technical teams.
• Ensure all performances comply with safety standards, especially for fire-based shows.
• Support special events, private functions, festive celebrations, and seasonal programs as required.
• Motivate and encourage guest participation while maintaining a fun, inclusive, and energetic atmosphere.
• Adapt activity levels to suit different age groups, fitness levels, and guest preferences.
• Ensure correct use of equipment and adherence to safety guidelines during all activities.
• Proactively interact with guests to promote daily and evening activities.
• Build rapport with guests to encourage repeat participation and positive feedback.
• Always present professionally, maintaining a friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Follow resort policies, grooming standards, and health & safety regulations.

• Strong dance skills, preferably with experience in Fire dancing, Light/LED dance performances and Salsa or Latin dance styles.
• Experience in hosting or leading group activities and games (e.g., Bingo, interactive guest games).
• Ability to lead aquatic fitness activities such as Aqua Zumba and Aqua Gym.
• Good sense of rhythm, timing, and stage presence.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).

• Physically fit and able to perform demanding dance and water-based activities.

• Previous experience as an entertainer, dancer, or recreation host in a resort, hotel, cruise line, or similar hospitality environment is preferred.
