Job Description

Villa Nautica is seeking a well-presented and service-oriented F&B Hostess to provide a warm and welcoming first impression for our guests. The role is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and supporting smooth restaurant operations while ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests courteously upon arrival and ensure a positive first impression.
  • Manage restaurant reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently.
  • Escort guests to their tables and present menus in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and preferences with professionalism.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.
  • Assist in managing peak-time operations to ensure guest comfort and minimal waiting times.
  • Support F&B service standards and comply with resort policies and procedures.
  • Promote outlet concepts, special menus, and ongoing promotions to guests.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 Years experience in a similar role within a hotel or resort environment.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong guest-service orientation and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, confident, and well-organized.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and guest preferences.
