Job Description
As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you play a crucial role in supporting the seamless execution of cleaning processes and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities involve coordinating housekeeping activities, managing communication between departments, and contributing to the overall luxury guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role, with at least 2 years in a coordinator or similar position preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
- Knowledge of housekeeping practices, cleaning techniques, and use of cleaning equipment.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.
