Job Description

As a Bell Supervisor at Villa Haven, you will oversee the daily operations of the Bell Desk, ensuring efficient luggage handling, and excellent transportation services. You will lead a team of Bell Assistants, providing guidance, training, and ensuring exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and demonstrated ability to drive safely, especially on resort grounds.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
