The Dive Instructor at Villa Haven will be responsible for leading and conducting diving activities, ensuring the safety of guests, providing diving instruction, and promoting marine conservation awareness. This role requires excellent diving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for marine life and conservation.

• PADI Instructor certification (or equivalent); additional specialty certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Dive Instructor, preferably in a luxury resort or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of diving safety standards and emergency procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to instruct and guide divers of all skill levels with patience and professionalism.
• Proficiency in using diving equipment and maintaining gear.
• Passion for marine life and commitment to environmental conservation.
• Fluent in English and German as additional language is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a remote island setting and adapt to a tropical climate.
