Job Description
The Restaurant Supervisor at Villa Haven assists the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the designated restaurant. This role involves supervising and coordinating front-of-house activities, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, POS systems, and health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Hospitality or Food Service Management is a plus.
