Job Description
The Learning & Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of Villa Haven’s employees. This role involves identifying training needs, developing curriculum, and delivering training sessions across all departments. The Learning & Development Manager will work closely with department heads to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a training and development role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to a flexible schedule.
