Guest Service Supervisor
First impressions are everything! As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

  1. The Guest Service supervisor controls all Guest Service operations during his/her shift. He /she make sure that guests’ complaints are handled promptly and efficiently and keep the GS Manager updated about all actions/happenings in the Guest Service.
  2. All daily actions/activities connected to the Guest Service as well as the coordination with other departments are done by the Guest Service supervisor. He/she supervises the receptionists as well as the Back Office staff.
  3. Special treatments/arrangements, i.e. for groups, VIPs etc. are arranged by the Guest Service supervisor under supervision or as per order of the GS Manager.
  4. He/she has to have a proper knowledge of his/her immediate working field as well as of the whole resort and its operation. He/she has to update himself/herself permanently about different events etc. in cooperation with the concerned department.
  5. Ensure a proper and appropriate appearance as he/she is working in a public area with a close contact to the clients
  6. Ensure a prompt and always-friendly service to all guests and their requirements.
  7. Ensure that the immediate working areas are in an updated, tidy and well-maintained condition.
  8. May require to perform some of the tasks assigned by the Management of the Hotel.

 

Qualifications

• College diploma in hotel management or related field
• Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services
• Good Communication skills
• Experience with Front Office Systems
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
