In this role, you will ensure 50% of your time our websites and newsletters technically align with our business goals and that every team member has the necessary assets at the right time.

Your expertise will be crucial in optimising complex CRM software programmes to effectively market to current and potential customers. 💻

Who we need:

• An Email Marketing Whiz to develop, create and execute B2C email marketing campaigns in collaboration with our Communication Manager. 📧
• A Technical Content Maestro to coordinate email content to align with business goals and brand identity. 📝
• A Data-Driven Strategist to enhance our email marketing strategy using data insights. 📊
• A CRM Guru to monitor CRM database performance, procedures and data quality, coordinate the data cleaning process, define standards and automate tasks, lead generation, act as the main regional CRM contact. 🛠️
• A Webmaster Extraordinaire to keep our local websites up-to-date and troubleshoot errors, maintenance and creation of campaign pages, always on the lookout for digital marketing buzz. 🌐
• A Social Media Savvy to schedule killer social media content, level up our visuals to engage with pet owners and analyse campaign impacts. 📱
• A Reporting Ace to track and report CRM and social media campaign performance. 📈

Who you are:

• A recent graduate with a degree in marketing, communication or a related field. 🎓
• Super into online & CRM marketing and all things animal health. 🐾
• An organised and problem solving self-starter. 💥
• A CRM specialist with a talent for rocking data-driven email marketing. 🥇
• A respectful team player who is all about positivity and great at chatting with others. 🙏🏼
• Ability to fix tricky CRM problems and handle custom requests like a pro. 💪
• Fluent in Dutch (crucial) with solid skills in French and/or English. 🌍
• Highly skilled with Microsoft Office Suite, Wordpress and/or Drupal (or similar CMS), Emplifi (or similar CRM tools) and a total expert with CRM software (internal tool Actito). 🏆
