• Conducting reviews of and generating detailed documentation of the existing technical documentation assets and processes, including assessment of existing support levels and issues.
• Drafting proposals for update to existing processes and procedures including all relevant technical design documentation and templates.
• Coordinating working groups and workshops with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Establishing a knowledge base for division staff including advice on appropriate staff training.
• Reviewing the requirements for future developments.
• Drafting technical design documentation for infrastructure projects and project work breakdown for planning
• Drafting technical design documentation for application development projects and project work breakdown for planning.
• Providing technical co-ordination between IT Teams;
• Ability to conceptualise and translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions;
• Ability to create vision of the overall solution; and
• Ability to review architecture designs, to identify issues and risks, escalating them as needed.
• Understand business needs to define system specifications and work collaboratively with business analysis teams
• Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
• Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure
• Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions
• Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals

• Extensive experience of Microsoft Azure and Oracle technologies;
• Security & Networking 
• Proven architecture, design, and implementation experience with large scale projects;
• Experience in developing IT Strategies;
• Ability to conceptualize and translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions;
• Experience at providing technical leadership to project resources to meet project deadlines and ensure project objectives are met;
• Ability to review architecture designs, to identify issues and risks, escalating them as needed;
• Innovative thinker with strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Ability to learn new technology and ability to learn quickly;
• A broad understanding and knowledge of industry technology trends; and
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Project delivery and Project Management methodologies as used in large integration projects
